Sneak Thief
Dear Mary,
If you really don't want to be caught, try not to go silent right before you race toward my bookshelf. It's a dead give away.
Also, when you look up at me with those big guilty gray eyes, I have to punish you. You are the smartest baby that hasn't yet learned to play dumb.
Love,
Momma

Skills

Little Frankie has a new set of mad skills. She can kiss, sing, wave hello and climb the stairs. Her vocabulary is holding strong at Daddy, attack, and Momma, in that order. Just this week she's started sitting still for stories. Pat the Bunny is a runaway favorite.
For the future we're going to try to get her interested in some new foods. This is quite a production since we never did pick up that high chair. It sounds like a physics experiment - how much square footage can one cracker be spread across?
